PLC Software examples |
The original visual based
function block programming software for logic controllers.
Easy to use MS Windows based software that requires no
prior experience or training by the user.
Program elements are placed on screen, with inputs on the
left and outputs on the right. All that remains is to
point and click predefined function blocks (timers,
counters, logic blocks etc.) in between. Connecting it all
together, or wiring, is drawn graphically by mouse click
to build up the logic.
Function block parameters and characteristics can be set
or edited by double clicking the block, a dedicated window
then appears showing all possible options.
Once a program has been created a built in simulation
function can be used to ease programming effort even
further. Local testing of the program can be achieved
separate from the controller eliminating any chance of
actual malfunction or damage to the hardware.
Online monitoring and process visualization shows the real
status of inputs/outputs and function blocks. The system
sketch window is a separate area where a graphical image
of the process can be built and control elements copied
over from the main program. During monitoring the program
elements will then be clearly associated with the actual
process elements.
